1. About My Services

I offer professional development services, including but not limited to:

2. Use of This Website

This website is a personal portfolio showcasing skills, technologies and contact information. You may not copy or redistribute content, claim showcased work as your own, or interfere with the website’s functionality or security. All content remains copyrighted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Contact Forms & Communication

When you submit a contact request you must provide accurate information. Your details will only be used to respond to your inquiry. Messages may be stored for reference while discussing or delivering work. Personal data is not shared or sold to third parties.

4. Project Discussions & Agreements

Initial discussions are not binding. A project begins only after requirements, budget and timelines are agreed, and any required deposit is received. Estimates may change if scope expands.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide clear requirements, necessary content (text, images, credentials), timely feedback, legal rights to shared materials, and payment as agreed. Delays in responses may affect delivery timelines.

6. Development Process & Deliverables

Typical process may include requirement analysis, UI/UX work, backend & API development, database planning, frontend implementation, testing and deployment. Clients will receive final deliverables and documentation as agreed. Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra charges.

7. Code Ownership & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final delivered project belongs to the client after full payment. Developer retains rights to tools, patterns and internal frameworks. If you require full source-code ownership, discuss before project start (fees may vary).

8. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms vary by project (fixed-price or hourly). Fixed projects may require a deposit and final balance before delivery. Refunds are not provided for completed work or projects canceled after work begins. Partial refunds may be considered only if no work has started.

9. Technical Limitations & Liability

I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, or external services. My maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Confidentiality & Data Security

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information private. I use reasonable technical measures to protect data. If required, an NDA can be signed.

11. Third-Party Tools, APIs & Services

Projects may rely on external services (payment gateways, email systems, cloud storage, hosting, third-party APIs, libraries). These services operate under their own terms; clients are responsible for their account fees.

12. Portfolio Rights

I may display completed work in my portfolio unless confidentiality is requested. Confidential projects will remain private when requested.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of this website means you accept any updated terms.
